Service Network
Our exhibition hall and our service agents cover Europe (Italian warehouse), the United States (New York warehouse), India, Turkey, Switzerland, Colombia, Thailand and other very dense layout networks. In each overseas warehouse, we have configured common purchased accessories. When customers reach a certain monthly usage, the bee group will replenish the inventory in a timely manner to ensure the timely supply of accessories. Meanwhile, for the related customized parts, the Bee Group has also opened a 12-hour connection channel to confirm the corresponding design requirements and purchase needs, and can try to ensure timely delivery within no more than two weeks under normal circumstances (except for holidays).
In addition, the bee group has hired service teams in various regions, which also cover overseas warehousing areas. For the technical maintenance and installation parts involved, our engineers will also provide on-site installation and service based on the quoted plan, ensuring that the customer's equipment does not stop production in a timely manner and improving production efficiency.
